The aura of an artwork - does it really exist?
If you have ever asked yourself this question, do not miss out on trying on the aura glasses! Wear the glasses on your tour of the „ORF Long Night of Museums“ and improve your awareness of the fourth dimension.
This project is part of the exhibition „Aura undercover“ , curated by Cornelia Fachinger and Lena Lieselotte Schuster

Congratulations!
“ Aura viewing is tiring, so limit your time to five or ten minutes at first. Remember, that a muscle requires exercise before it becomes strong. This is also true of your second sight. „

HOW DO THE AURA GLASSES WORK?
Begin by staring in the area just above the top of the artwork. After staring awhile, your eyes will begin to go out of focus.
Try squinting, tilting your head back and looking down your nose.
This is usually when you will begin to see light or colors close to the artwork.
Don‘t try too hard to see; allow the aura to enter your awareness rather than forcing your physical eyes to see it.
